Blurry vision and seeing shadows around letters or faces can be concerning. While Parkinson's disease is primarily known for its motor symptoms, it can also affect vision. Here are some related points from my knowledge base:

- Hallucinations: People with Parkinson's may experience visual hallucinations, such as seeing cats or people that aren't there.
- Peripheral Vision Issues: Some individuals report seeing things in their peripheral vision, like people standing next to them.
- Auditory Hallucinations: Less common than visual hallucinations, but some people hear sounds that aren't there.

If these symptoms persist, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider to rule out other causes and discuss appropriate management strategies.

Yes, my eyes have definitely gotten worse since 2020 when I was diagnosed with Parkinsons. I have always had better then most eye sight in my older years, but it has changed a lot. Plan on yearly eye visit.
