Why Does My Entire Body Ache?
There’s a lot of pain with Parkinson’s. Parkinson’s has free rein to attack your body wherever it wants to.
The more you can move, stretch, exercise, and meditate the better equipped you are to fight back.
Parkinson’s is just waiting for you to slow down, so it can get deeper into your muscles, and nerves, and every other bodily function.
I've gone to a pain clinic for years. I've been on Gabapentin and muscle relaxers for a long time. The back shots help for a short time. PT always helps. I had an ablation over a year ago, and that has helped my back the most. I also use a tens unit. I bought the unit and PT set it up for me. That gives me instant relief. OTC Biofreeze works for me too. I hope you can find some relief.
If your dr doesn’t then change doctors. YOU are in control of YOU(just trying to psych you up).
Don’t hope, demand it.❤️
I am with you it’s the story of my life. I have tried everything but I think I am going to go back to Frankincense myself. I took a muscle relaxer today it did little to nothing. I also did inversion it helps only a very little. Enough to get a few things done but getting rid of the pain is a juggernaut. I have had surgery too. I wish i had a magic wand.. I would help all you out as well!!!
