Does Anyone Else My Body Aches I Am Tired Just Taking A Shower Is A Task Joints Ache
My joints ache there are times it feels like every bone aches this started about 7-8 months ago
Yes. Prior to my diagnosis, I thought it was arthritis. And while I do have arthritis, the pain you are referring to to me is stiffness and rigidity of the muscles. When I try and get down on the floor, I used to moan.
I stopped moaning, but sometimes go down hard. I found exercise that stretches my rigid muscles helps, so I do elliptical machine, including arms, reach up and over my head with small weights, do the big and loud exercises that swing the arms, boxing moves (punches), pull down weight machines so they stretch my arms and lays, and yoga poses that stretch hips and hamstrings. It feels better after a few weeks. I found moves are better slow, big and deep.
I'm afraid that the joint aching is just part of this thing we put up with.Don't give up. I have found that the harder I exercise (fight), the better I feel. I'm looking at light therapy, meditation, Yoga, Rock Steady Boxing, just to name a few. We have to be our own doctors this time.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I'm going for an evaluation at PWR GYM and then they'll tell me what class I should get in for exercise. I'm looking forward to it
The aches and pains could've from a low level of vitamin D
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I too ache a lot. I thought it was a virus. I didn't realize it could be the PD. My husband thinks I blame everything on the PD
Is Anyone Aware Of Research Which Indicates That Heavy Exposure To Diesel Fumes - Not Exhaust Fumes - But The Liquid Fuel Can Cause PD/MSA?
