Yes you to stay active plus my doctor told me to drink Miramax or I picked up Clearllax in Wal-Mart's by mistake it is good to cheaper check with your doctor.
I have to use every morning with orange juice. It helps alot. I was told I cannot have chocolate or peppermint or any spice foods.

Parkinson's causes you to have constipation. I eat a homemade granola with a tsp of flaxseed flour". I try to keep active". All seems to help.

Constipation is common with Parkinson's. I eat granola and a tsp. Of flaxseed meal as a cereal with Almond milk or with yogurt. That seems to help me. Walking or exercising help also.
