Besides A Neurologist, How Many Of You Have A Movement Disorder Specialist, Dietician, Speech Therapist Etc?

My husband has done PT with an excellent therapist who does LSVT-Big and speech therapy with a mediocre therapist who did LSVT-Loud. He only has a neurologist as it is a long drive to the nearest MDS.

My neurologist runs a Parkinson’s treatment center of his own so I only need 1 doctor. I do have a speech therapist and a pt.
