There are many companies that offer appointments which should be covered by your insurance/Medicare etc. Physical Therapists will help you strengthen your muscles and show you exercises that will improve your balance issues. (Google exercises online). Contact your Neurologist of Primary and ask for a referral. Every doctor knows what companies are available in your area.

Most insurance programs including Medicare cover 'physical' therapy visits. It makes a big difference. If you're near a pool, water aerobics is the BEST exercise for
balance and total health. See my 'story' page.

Parkinson’s specialized Physical Therapist. Check hospitals for their Neurological Dept they usually have Outpatient PT & OT with skilled therapists to work with Parkinson’s patients. It’s been a blessing to me.
Peace
Carol 😊
