You might also check with your insurance company. My Advantage plan has counseling services. You could probably get virtual counseling if it is difficult to travel.

How Do I Delete My Profile Story & Rewrite It?

I tried hitting Copy & then Cut & it was gone. However, next to the picture Our story begins for a few lines. Then says: Read More. If I hit that “Read more” it made my story come back again. 😤 I want to delete it & rewrite it. It’s way too long &

Do Any Of You Have Adoraphobia?

It has become more and more difficult for me to leave home. Agoraphobia is the fear or anxiety about leaving a comfortable place.

Home is my comfort zone, the other place where I feel comfortable is at my physical therapy. Beyond that most places make me anxious. I can only stand to be in a grocery store for a few minutes and then I feel like to have to run home.

Loss of grip strength happens rapidly. Do what’s necessary to prevent this from becoming irreversible. Like the AI said. Talk to your doctor to find out what you can do.
