There are mantras I would comfortably use.
If I had to choose one it would be these two!

"I woke the dungeon flamed with light"

Hopelessly and utterly incarcerated in my sin for many years until I was faced with God, who said, "let light shine out of darkness," made His light shine in my heart to give me the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

"What a man is on his knees before God, that he is and nothing more"

I don't think I need to add to that.

I’m having a lot of here we go again more and more often, and it’s less and less annoying, and more and more scaring me into staying close to my bed. Fluid in my lungs is not my idea of a thermos for those thirsty times.
