Earl has been taking entacapone the generic form of comcan for a about a year, It really helped him. He was able to reduce the amount of carbodopa/levadopa and go longer between doses

Has Anyone Used Entacapone (generic For Comtan) ? Taken With Sinimet.
I am taking Entacapone with Sinemet and am having no side affects. It definitely helps.

Recently Been Prescribed Comtan For Dyskinesia, But Have To Cut Sinemet Tablets In Half. Now Taking 1 1/2 Pills 4 Times Daily. (Caregiver)
7 years diagnosed Sinemet working but had body tremors and jerks recently so now supposed to take Comtan 2 times daily and cut all Sinemet tablest in half. Not sure to do this. Wasn't thrilled with neurologists lackadaisical attitude towards me and ease of prescription with no other conversation. (Caregiver concerned) 🤔
