Nowadays I pretty much think everything relates back to PD. The first few years after diagnosis I didn’t connect the dots.
I’ve been told that neuropathy can occur with type 2 diabetes also.
Hang in there. The ride might get bumpy- just hang on tight! And smile 😃

I have intense neuropathy in my feet and lower legs, and I’m inclined to think that it’s a resull of my Parkinson’s, the carbidopa-levodopa I’ve taken since 2009, or a combination of both. The Parkinson’s neurologists I’ve asked about the neuropathy have all referred me to general neurology to address it. This disease is such a dung heap

I used to get Botox injections for parkie related relief.
My jaws-stopped the Dyskenesia- my big smile came back
My left foot-stopped my toes curling
My left calf- stopped the painful cramps
My new Drs don’t seem to be sold on it
Talk to your movement specialist
Good Luck

Does your movement dr offer Botox? You should address your symptoms with your dr. They may have a solution
