Probably because they are group messages sent to thousands of people, so your email considers them spam. There should be a place to state, "not spam".

Yeah it's because the AI your email provider uses is overprotective. It IS better than the opposite, but just means if you do anything new with your email you should keep an eye on junk folders for a day or two and "rescue" any stuff you actually want.
