My Friday Rock Steady Boxing coach has declared my feet "Giant Clown Foots", which covers a host of bounces of balls off my GCF and other clumsy errors. We have a lot of fun throwing F-bombs (Fun Bombs) and recovering our colleagues' ... uh ... blunders.🤡😁🦨

Yes, I shave had freezing of gait for a few months. Using a walker for a week as my balance is not great. I try to step out of the freeze backwards or opposite of where I intended to go to distract my mind. It is scary as I hate falling.

My BF for many years will step down & then become almost glued to the ground. She is a tiny lady & I found it impossible to get her foot to become detached to the area. That was a while back. she now has good & bad days. She no longer can walk. But, that does be not mean she won't try!
We picked out multiple walkers until she found one she liked. Then returned all the others. And yes, I will help her try every time. She is a warrior.

It's a Parkinson symptom. You can't manage to start walking and feel stuck. You should talk to your doctor maybe pt will help -i had pt by therapists who specialize in parkinsons they use a BIG system which really helped me.

Welcome and good luck.
