My husband sometimes has stomach issues with the c/l. When his doctor increased the dose from 8 x 100 mg to 4 x 250 he started throwing up. She told him to cut back again, but now he says he wants a higher dose because he is having more off time.

My side effects were severe depression with suicidal thoughts within 2 days! No drug has ever done that to me in my life! I stopped taking it immediately. It took about 10 days to completely rid myself of the side effects. I will never try it again!
