Rytary/ Carvadopa/levadopa

Does anyone else take rytary and carvadopa/levadopa at the same time. I was in the ER because the medication reaction and they said it was because I was taking these 2 meds together. Just wondered if anyone else is on that combination?

I stopped the medication in August of 2022 and switched to CBD gummies. My Neurologist is fine with the decision as the medications and I just didn't like each other. I'm still fairly active and the medications just made me feel out of sorts. Definitely something to keep in mind.

Hi, I would just like to add that med s like Inbrija are taken with CD/LD. It's an extra dose to get you thru a wear-off. Also, I take 2 versions of CD/LD. I use the CR form and the IR form. My dopamine leaves apparently are fluctuating. Remember, Parkinson's can be as different as a fingerprint from person to person.

Hi JillCook, Rytary is Carvadopa/Levadopa. Does your Nerologist know the drugs he is prescribing. Prescribing rwo differentn Carvadopa/Levadopa is unbelievable not to mention totally wrong. I would find another Nerologist, if you want to stay out of the ER
