I practice exercise, meditation, and qigong. The qigong routines include exercises that boost both energy and balance. I enjoy half a cup of coffee at midday, as too much caffeine can overstimulate me and throw off my balance.

In addition to 800 mg of q10, I take vitamin a e and high doses of vitamin c. D3.. Glutathione IV drips as well.
I'm also adding moringa, and tea form, to my diet.
That's about it!
