I have never experienced that. Wow! A symptom that my resident PD demon hasn't thought of yet.

Yup πŸ‘, it’s the PD. My left side is where most my stiffness is, I use a small squeeze ball to work my fingers while watching some of my TV shows. During commercials I march in place or walk around the house doing arm exercises while using 2 pound hand weights. I have been doing balance exercises that are free from the internet and just starting chair yoga. The more I exercise, the more I feel like, I am in control of my body.
Have a great rest of the week.

Yes I have trigger finger on both hands and different fingers. Started about 3 years ago. Diagnosed with pd 18 months ago. Mostly happens when playing cards. Drinking pickle juice helps with this and muscle cramps

My dr Van Gerpen is a movement specialist studied at the Mayo Clinic and I told him about my hands and he said it's due to Parkinson

Happens several times a week. I have to press my hand down on a counter and straighten out fingers. I hate it. Add it to the list of PD discomforts. Do make sure you're taking a magnesium glycinate supplement though, at bedtime.
