@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member.....Evening, Andrea, hope this note finds you doing well. I've used CBD oil for years, only on those rare occasions when pain from pd rears its head. Using a dropper under the tongue, consistently takes care of the pain, helps with sleep, however no help with other pd symptoms.
Hugs, Beau (C7)

I have had some good thc/CBD gummies that have really helped me sleep. But I have also had some that were just ok. I agree. If you find a good store that knows their stuff it could be a life saver.

There are dispensaries and stores which have a variety of items containing components of thc. It’s something you have to experiment with, and ask employees. They’re usually quite knowledgeable as what they’re selling, and can advise you as to what is your best option for your needs. The days of buying your thc items in a back alley or on the corner are pretty much over. In my case, cbd does nothing, but indica thc in the form of smoke or gummies/candies/chocolates, helps me relax, while cbn helps me sleep. When you shop, thc, cbd, cbn, etc.. are usually listed to help you make your choice, but again, knowledgeable employees should be able to stear you in the right direction.

Do not buy gummies in a convenience store because you don't have anyway of knowing what is in them.My research indicates that the components
which may be helpful for PD are: CBD for pain and CBG which has anti-inflammatory effects. I know a.very reputable online business, but in checking the site's rules, we are not supposed to promote a business .
I take them at bedtime and they help me fall asleep. And very relaxing for a tense, stiff body. But make sure they are legal in your state. I can recommend an online guide book called "Leafly." With that book, you can take it from there. Many doctors support the use of cannibus for PD.
