Radiating pain occurs when a nerve is being compressed. This usually happens in the spine. It is also most common in the lower spine. In this case the pain radiates down the legs.

A ruptured disc in the neck is less common, but does occur. In this case you could get radiating pain in your arm.

Either way you need to see a neurologist, and you need to have an MRI.

It sounds like you're experiencing significant pain in your right arm, from your shoulder to your fingers, and have been diagnosed with sciatica. It's important to note that Parkinson's disease (PD) can cause various types of pain, including nerve pain. Here are some relevant points from my knowledge base:

- Sciatic Pain: Many people with Parkinson's describe sciatic pain, which can be severe and interfere with daily life. This pain often starts in the lower back and extends down the leg, but nerve pain can also manifest in other areas.
- Neck and Shoulder Pain: Pain in the nerves running through the neck and shoulders is common among those with Parkinson's. This pain can sometimes extend down the arm.
- Burning Pain: Some people with Parkinson's report a burning sensation in their arms and legs, which could be similar to what you're experiencing.

Given that your pain lessens under certain conditions, it might be related to Parkinson's. However, it's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider for a precise diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
