My Only "bad" Times Are Primarily At Night, With Getting To Sleep Is Challenging. Has Anyone Used "Bravenly", Drift? It's Helping Me.

Russ4...I never heard of Bravenly Drift...is this a pill...powder...Do you need to have a Doctor to prescribe it...if possible I would like more information 🤔...🤠

I just started using "Calm Aid" at doctor's suggestion, and it seems to help with relaxing those tense muscles...also some hydroxyzine 25mg dose has improved my ability to fall back asleep after awaking in the night.

Thanks for the info,I've been using melatonin and magnesium,plus Ambien. Maybe I should look into this ,still have trouble sleeping 😴
