Neck And Shoulder Pain

A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭
Karnack, TX

I notice over the past month I am getting a very sore neck and shoulders, I am pretty sure it is from the "Parkinson Stance and walking. I try so hard to stand up straight, but when my back gets tired it is at the worst. I take ibuprofen 800 mg once a day and I do not like that, I haven't heard anyone else that experiences this.

It was Feldenkrais. I picked up my phone and asked the phone what it was so thank you for responding . I did do one of the exercises and it seemed to really help my neck

Are the question marks with regard to Feldenkrais or some other topic?
