Hey there is a great program called the Parkinson's voice project i really helps with those voice issues. lYou can set that up with a speech therapist. You can actually order the book doesn't really cost anything but they do ask you for a donation. And it does work better if you do it with a therapist and don't try to do it by yourself . Just my experience, hope this helps
