I Can't Sleep At Night But Find It Nearly Impossible To Stay Awake During Day Any Thoughts On This
My husband napped every day prior to Parkinsons. This was because he was not getting restorative sleep at night. He was tested and he stopped breathing 40-50 times a night. His CPAP stopped that from happening, made him sleep better, and he no longer napped, even after getting Parkinson's. Have a doctor check out Apnea.
Is a common PD problem and you should probably be checked for sleep apnea. I take Amantadine, 2 x day, which helps fight fatigue in Parkinson's.
Even a light blocking sleep mask does it for me and is infused with lavender which has sleep inducing properties. Taking your magnesium if you use it before bed also helps.

Sir THC in gummy form does wonders. I slept at least 6 hrs last night. Woke up refreshed and ready to go its legal in Texas now!! Olus its natural.
Although it could be due to PD, I would suggest being checked for sleep apnea. If you have it, you never get a real restorative sleep. After my husband got his CPAP machine, he didn't need to nap in the day. Good luck.
Why Can I Not Sleep At Night? Is It Have To Do With Parkinson’s?
