Hi, sleep issues are a common problem with Parkinson’s.
I have no problems falling asleep but wake up between 2;00 and 3:00 every morning and cannot fall back to sleep.

Why buy another book ? Find the largest book in your home, open it in the middle then lie down and carefully place over your face. Should help with sleeping. If you need any help, ideas of suggestions just ask. 😄😄😄😄

I don’t sleep at night either. Parkinsons causes sleep disturbances and so does carbodopa levodopapjm.
