I get the same 2 symptoms and use Botox to relieve the painful curling of my toes. The first Botox shot can be painful, but only lasts a couple
Of seconds. I can considerably reduce the pain by strongly diverting my attention to something else and shouting a selected word. My word is Shotgun. It works because my mind focuses on a hunting accident that caused pain similar to the Botox. The second shot doesn’t hurt anywhere as much I think because my attention is still focused on the first. Some people claim Botox will relieve large muscle spasms in the legs and elsewhere, but l haven’t proved this.

Yes. 6 toes curled up , but can still walk.
