Yes, it occurs when the medicine is wearing off and then it begins to go away when the next does is working well.

Yes, especially in the “down” times. And when anxiety tends to creep in. It may feel like you cannot breathe. At those moments, find a quiet space and begin to take deep breaths. Refocusing on a positive thought or memory helps as well.
