See your Dr and they will send you to a swallowing specialist
This is a common problem resulting from PD. You may find it useful to contact a dietician who has experience in this problem. Often there are specific problems with leafy vegetables, particularly lettuce, nuts, and large hunks of meat that require diet changes and reverting to a ground diet or dicing foods into 1/4 inch pieces to help ease these problems. Also, make your neurologist aware of the problem since he/she may have some medical procedures to deal with the problem.
