They may also research the impact of exercise, nutrition, or dietary supplements. Before enrolling, it's crucial to read the informed consent form, understand potential risks and benefits, and ask questions. my husband has been in a trial involving stem cell infusions but we believe he was in the placebo group- he had no reactions. His final physical for this trial is January 30th. Some other trials have been offered in the meantim including the gloves that have the potential to help with symptoms but he was denied entry because he had not quite completed the clinical trial he is in. Most clinical trials have a lot of rules that may exclude people by age, severity of symptoms, because they are taking medication, because they are not taking medication plus a whole host of other rules.
