Exercises
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - Any exercise that you enjoy enough to do regularly is good. Walking, biking, dancing, rowing, skiing, skating etc. are good if you are able to do them. Tai chi, Qi gong, and yoga are good for balance. Weights are good for maintaining your strength. There are exercises aimed specifically at people with Parkinson's like Rock Steady Boxing that you may find at a Y or Senior Center. Ask your neurologist if they know any classes aimed at PWP.
