I do rocksteady boxing 3 times a week for 1 1/2 hours it's different exercises some for your mind

I'm not sure. What I do know is that ALL EXERCISE EXASPERATES me ๐Ÿ˜–

If I over do it it can leave me exhausted. Generally try to walk at 3 mph for 30minutes and then lift pretty light weights for 30 minutes. Or I will walk for an hour and skip the weights. I know a lot of people do the boxing thing

I dislike exercise very much but feel i should do my part in slowing the progression if I can.
