Tongue Swelling

I am new to the world of Parkinson's and I'm still trying to figure it out. Has anyone experienced their tongue swelling to the point that you are consistently biting your tongue? I have recently (within the past three months) begun biting my tongue (usually at night)
It is so bad that both sides are raw from my tongue rubbing back and forth on my molars. I have actually ended up biting clear through my tongue with my left cuspids
