Phil, not all of us will reach the pushing up daisies stage.
More and more are being reduced to ashes and wind up just sitting on a shell in a fancy vase.
It's understandable given the cost associated with dying.

I've never heard of stage 6 Parkinson's disease. I have heard of stage 1 through 5 coupked with steps of early, moderate, or late. I have occasionally heard the term Parkinson's end of life stage added when someone is in an extremely advanced late stage 5 and is placed into hospice care with a limited life expectancy of six months or less.
This is somewhat rare and the majority of Parkinson’s disease patients typically pass from other causes long before they'll reach this stage.
If we lived long enough every one of us with Parkinson's disease would eventually reach this stage. This is because Parkinson's is a progressive disease. For example, it might take me living to the age of 100, 125, or even 150, but Parkinson's would eventually cause me to reach the end of life stage through autonomic dysfunctions, etc..
The good news, is that for the majority of us, Parkinson's progresses far too slowly to ever get the opportunity of reaching that stage. Why, because we'll most likely die from some other age, health, or faster advancing disease related issues such as Cancer, Heart disease, organ failure, the Flu, Pneumonia, or just old age, etc.. long before Parkinson's can take us out of the game.
