Barbara 937 Have you checked out any support groups that include social interaction as well as information? I have made two good friends through my support group. We socialize outside the parameters of meetings . It may be worth a try.

I think some hospitals and orphanages accept you with a security clearance. Just to hold babies that no one goes to cuddle them. The nurses have to do the medical part
Barbara I forgot a few things and just to warn you might tell me to shut up because I talk a lot you might say why did I ever ask for friends I’m your friend a good one a sincere one that kind of Phyllis Diller type. We moved a few years ago……I met 2 wonderful friends 20 years different . I was younger and lonely ….they were sick, no car, limited resources. Best friends I have ever had . One died and one is 90. We met at the vitamin row. God works in mysterious ways. Don’t forget your best friend JESUS🥰just ask with caution. Things are different nowadays.
Hi! Barbara
We can't see each other but we can chat here anytime.
When I first got diagnosed I thought my life was over but now after two years, it's much better.
I joined rock steady
boxing and Y , local parkinson community. I am trying find friends among parkinson society because that make me feel less lonely. Since we all have a same problem everyone I met are super nice sometimes feels like family. We can be a friend and I will pray for you tonight.
Good night!
