Strange as it may seem, after my dr raised my dose of sinemet IR by 150 mg a day it made my internal tremors significantly worse, made me more tired, and cloudy. I lowered my dose somewhat and it helped. Took a few days of experimenting and I phoned my dr to let him know what I was doing. He just said to try it and see. I have to add, before changing any form of your meds please contact your dr.
