I have been having leg and foot cramps in the early hours of the morning. Its more like a debilitating contracture of the muscles the starts out mild, but then progresses to excruciating, and I have to get out of bed and walk a few steps and stretch those muscles to ease the pain. it affects both legs sometimes, other times just my rt side
