Parkinson’s is the “no rhyme or reason” disease.

Leg pain is common. Leg pain moving from one leg to another, or both, is also common.

Sometimes I wake up with a different pain each day.

Looking for a pattern will drive you crazy. Just treat the pain.

Everyone on here has a different goto for pain management. My favorite is CBD Oil. The first time I tried it, it di nothing. Months later I tried it again and it worked great.

If you have leg cramps “Hyland Leg Cramps” works great. You can get it at Walmart. It’s a small bottle with a red label.

I have been having leg and foot cramps in the early hours of the morning. Its more like a debilitating contracture of the muscles the starts out mild, but then progresses to excruciating, and I have to get out of bed and walk a few steps and stretch those muscles to ease the pain. it affects both legs sometimes, other times just my rt side
