Does Anyone Out There With PD Have Leg Pains At Night? The Top Of My Legs Seem To Ache About 3 Or 4 Nights Per Week.
I also have occasional leg pain. I take 10 mg of Melatonin before bed. It helps.
Several months ago my thighs would ache really bad at night. Almost like cramps. I flexed those muscles as tight as I could several times in a row and used ice packs. It helped. Haven't had them for awhile. Did have a bout with sciatic back/leg pain. Lasted couple weeks and then went away. Hasn't been back again. I think the thing they show on tv with the band right below your knee probably works. I used an elastic support I had that fit over my knee and lower thigh. It seemed to help chase off future symptoms.
