Members connected over frequent nighttime waking, with many sharing that waking every two to three hours is common and deeply disruptive. Several members discussed strategies that helped, including prescription medications like trazodone, clonazepam, melatonin (especially extended release or 10mg), CBD/THC gummies, Lunesta, using a CPAP machine, and practical tips like avoiding liquids before bed, establishing a bedtime routine, using calming music (such as gospel or Gregorian chant), deep breathing exercises, and short power naps. A recurring theme was accepting sleep disturbances as a part of living with the condition, embracing phrases like "sleeping in chapters," finding positivity in quiet early mornings, and supporting one another through shared struggles without guilt or judgment.

Heating pad on low helps my back problems and sometimes sleep. Taking an extra strength Tylenol sometimes help right when I get in bed.
