I been a milk drinker for years. When I feel my body sluggish, a small cold glass of milk brings life back to my body. Been reading
that milk is not something we should be drinking. Help I'm a milk junkie. What did you replace it with?

You can have milk. Protein interferes with the proper absorption of your medication, there it was s reccomended that you have protein 1 hour before or two hours after your medication.

I’ve seen that milk is a protein that can make your medications less able to work, like all proteins. But, I found another study that suggested cut back other proteins and keep the milk. Make sure it’s whole milk. There is some studies that showed drinking reduced fat milk seemed to play into PD tremors.
