Has Anyone Used The PDWarrior Exercises For Tremor Dominate PD Or Researched It?
Is it as promised, more effective than regular exercise?
I’ve researched all exercise reccomended fof Parkinson’s and PD warrior is one of the best.
There's a RSB about 3 mins walk from my house. So I"ll find out what it's like! PDWarrior has a program for tremor, so maybe that will be right for me.
So glad you found your way out of the direction the stress took you into!
I don’t know of any exercise that helps with tremor.
Yoga, Tai Chi, and Quigong are great for balance and muscle tone, which helps with everything.
Aerobic exercise is excellent for brain health. More blood flow to the brain and more oxygen, and better brain performance
Rock Steady Boxing. Brought me back from the brink. Due being under enormous stress I had developed stage 4 symptoms. I couldn’t get out of a chair without help. I couldn’t roll over in bed without sitting up and sitting up required several attempts, and I was pulling out in front of people while driving, and had to stop. After starting RSB. All these symptoms went away. I’m rather partial to RSB.
I have never done the PD warrior program, but I have read about it and it sound excellent.
And then there’s this;

Me too.
Would you mind sharing what other ones you found effective? Especially for tremor.
Do you like to exercise? What type of routine do you use? So far I've been swimming laps and walking and squeezing a fidget ball.
Do You Have Both Parkinson's And Essential Tremors?
My Tremor Is Only When Using My Hands (no Tremor When Hands Are Resting). I Have Tried 3 Drugs Without Much Relief. The Latest Is Topamax.
