I get cramps, mainly in my feet and legs, but sometimes in my arms and shoulders, I just wondered if there was a miricle cure to lessen or eliminate these cramps.

Can you tell me what A Tbl spoon of yellow is?
I get cramps extremely bad in my feet and legs. Now it's worked up to my fingers and my elbow on the left side. I do take magnesium every day. I can't eat bananas because it to run my sugar up 100 points. So I'm sick in the answer to this also.
