I use Miralax daily and keep a container of apple slices oranges on my side table all day

I give my husband Miralax, stool softeners, Metamucil or laxatives. I alternate the Miralax and Metamucil

I also have constipation problem. I use the following. I mix about two tablespoons of PRUNE JUICE with my 1/2 cup of coffee in the morning, in the evening, I usually eat 6 or 8 GINGER SNAP cookies, once in a while I will have to take some additional Fiber, so far I have been having pretty good luck,

Badly! It seems one of the things that DBS do not help for. You can never work out the correct dosage of laxatives. Invariably you take too much or too little. Very embarrassing sometimes.
