Marianne Baker Murphy 💖 I take 8 oz of miralax. 11 gm and 8 oz of water every day in the early morning. That works extremely well for me I hope it helps you.Hug 🫂. Julie Olson 359💖.
My husband with PD takes Miralax once a day, every day, and also Milk of Magnesia (🤢!) when the Miralax alone isn't doing the job. I also occasionally give him a stool softener once a day.
I drink an herbal tea called Smooth Move. You can get it at Walmart and some grocery stores. I drink it at night & it usually ‘works’ by morning.
I feel your pain, I have the same problem and like Julie take Miralax every day, only difference I take it after supper. Good luck.
