Has Anyone’s Speech Been Effected From DBS?
Please describe before and after
Parkinson’s affect your speech. When you have a dbs the dr can adjust it
I tried a speach theraphy to see what I could do about my speach and I found it helpful. I can do the exercise by myself now so that is great as well.

My speech has become slurred since dbs — don’t know if it’s as a result of the surgery or just my pd getting worse over time.
The speech issues came on after I had a bad attack a year ago which caused the official diagnosis to come that I had PD not an essential tremor.
Has Anyone Else Experienced A Significant Speech Issues After DBS Surgery? Slow/fast Speech, Stuttering ?
