The best answer is do what you can do and feel happy and comfortable doing it. It is important to keep active and build your muscles up again, because then the muscles can take on your tremor and calm it right down. Go with the flow and do what you enjoyed when you were at school etc.

I try to get to the gym 3 times a week for i hour sessions. If i can't do that I walk in the mall that is close by. Alsop have a dog that likes walks in the winter here.In the summer the pavement gets to hot unless I'm out very early.
