I have been having trouble sleeping lately due to discomfort in my upper arms and hands/fingers. I’m a side sleeper and use a cpap machine. I wake with “stuck” fingers, stiff arms, and can’t open/close my hands. Please share any strategies that have been effective for you 🫂

I’m Finding ( All Of A Sudden) Lately I’m Having Problems With My Memory.

A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question đź’
Rio Vista, CA

Im 77 and in my 10 year of PD. We have had to move to be closer to doctor appointments for both my husband and myself. My husband has had a bad fall and can’t walk without a walker and I’m having to do much more. Not sleeping is a problem also and I can’t sleep in a bed anymore due to pain from sleeping hard in same position. I’m frustrated and sad.

A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question đź’

He is very paranoid and jealous, accusing his spouse of cheating. It's becoming so difficult for her, who does nothing but love him and take care of him at the expense of her own mental health. She tries to explain to him that this is a side effect of the medication, but he does not… read more
