Red Light Box Therapy For Brain Disorder Like Parkinsons
I just googled it, and while there's still a lot of research to do, it sounds like a good option. I'm a little surprised that my neurologist hasn't mentioned it to me.
Thanks for all the info folks. Very informative
An article in Parkinson's News Today last week talked about one of the red light therapy products that is being tested. It sounded like the main benefit is for people who have sleep issues, who sleep all day and can't sleep at night. The red light therapy resets the internal clock, allowing more/better sleep at night and being awake in the daytime. It could be useful for a lot of people here.
Australia and Canada hospitals did a trial, most of the patients had great improvements. The company that provided the equipment to the ones in the trial is the following company Symbyx lasers they will not send the lasers to the US. I did find a company in the US that provides red light therapy, light lounge in southlake tx provides the service. https://lightlounge.life/southlake/red-light-th...
Red light therapy is actually quite promising, but more testing is bc required. The only way to get it now is to join a trial.
