I was diagnosed in September of this year, with mild symptoms so far. 🤞 I happily live by myself and my worse fear is loosing my independence and having to rely on others. Hopefully Sinemet and consistent exercise will slow the progression. 🤞 What has your experience been so far? Chuck

Look for mark hogben on Instagram. He has lived alone in a cabin in Canada for the past 9 years and has shared his experiences. Currently , for this winter he has taken a sabbatical to France but he plans to return in the spring.
