I find when I started with voice problems. I thought to myself well voice is like any muscle & must get a lot of excersise too.
So with my critters I talk to them a lot, to my in door plants, my outside garden, neighbors, people in stores & myself.
With that I don't get the up, & down voice & no voice hardly anymore.
