Has Anyone Also Had Hyperparathyroidism? It Is A Dysfunction Of Calcium Metabolism; Ie. That Is Hyperparathyroidism, Not Hyperthyroidism.
The hyper "parathroidism " is not the same as hyperthyroidism . The 4 parathyroid tiny glands control calcium metabolism. ?
I have to take Thyroid medicine. The same as listed above. I don't have to take the calcium yet though.
Hyperparathroidism I believe has more to do with kidneys. I was diagnosed a year ago but am unaware of any symptoms, and I'm reluctant to research it; my cup already overfloweth with poison.
I have hypothyroidism which is a leftover from difficult childbearing years; I'm convinced it's been left to remind me that thinking my deliveries were difficult was not just some distant, barely remembered dream, but a cold hard reality. Somehow reality these is always cold and hard.
They are definitely separate diagnoses, but as to either one being related to PD, I don't know either way. For me neither is related, to my knowledge. I could definitely be wrong.

Hyperthyroidism is of the thyroid gland while hyper parathyroidism is of Parathroid gland which is attached to the Thyroid
I have hypothyroidism and take levothyroxine. Never heard of what you have.
I’ve had the left lobe of my thyroid removed, and I take levothyroxine to replace one to left thyroid gland. I’ve never heard it called Paris thyroidism or hyperthyroidism. They didn’t require me to take calcium with it. I don’t know if that’s helpful.
