I have horrible neuropathic pain, particularly in my toes. It's at its worst in the middle of the night (of course), when I'm trying to sleep. Sometimes, it makes my lower legs twitch -- in response to the pain, I believe. I take a heavy dose of gabapentin, which helps keep the pain in abeyance during the day, and a pain specialist has prescribed Tizanidine, which helps with the muscle spasms. If anyone has any suggestions for further treatment, please sound off in this forum. Cheers to all!😁

I'm allergic to gabapentin, so I rely on Tylenol and heavy doses of B12. Both take away the pain. Nothing helps the numbness.

Jim only takes the gabapentin at night. It works on the pain and helps him sleep.

- Consultation: It's important to consult with a healthcare provider to tailor a treatment plan specific to your needs.
