I try to maintain a regular sleep and activity schedule. That is my best weapon against fatigue. Plenty of good, moderate, aerobic exercise. A little strength and stretching to boot.

Sounds like what I have and probably what everyone else is experiencing
Also I had the big weight loss. I went from 140 pounds don to 87. I am up to 96 lbs. bye eting a lot of ice cream.
